Requires separate deposit €600 Conditions: Employees: employment contract and proof of the last 3 payrolls Student: University admission letter The documents we need are the following to complete the file: – Copy of the DNI or NIE or Passport of the occupants – Email – Phone number – Address of habitual residence. – Letter of acceptance from the university or current employment contract – Document proving financial solvency The following documentation must be sent to the owner within 48 hours of confirming the reservation to verify the tenant’s profile: Students: letter from the university + proof of solvency Employees: employment contract + last 3 payslips Self-employed: proof of solvency If the requirements are not met, the owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
